I used a tow strap and hooked it to the front motor mount, ran it around the pulley, and a little slack to tighten the belt behind the fan belts but overlapping it works all alone.

I used a wrench and the long bolt from the engine mount bracket with some sockets for spacers to pull the pulley. I put a vice grip light on the wrench at the opposite side of the pulley and used the HB bolt to pull the pulley.

I could only put one pic and the first of the strap got nixed. Here is that pic I have a pic of the bolt out and the pulley off, but do this and take one yourself. Seriously this bolt seemed to have a locktite glue on it to boot. It was impossible but this did it. The pulley eased right out too.
